Kitto.Html.ToolBar

KittoX toolbar menu controller. Renders a TreeView as a horizontal button bar, replacing Kitto.Ext.ToolBar (ExtJS toolbar with buttons).

Controller that renders a TreeView as a horizontal menu bar: leaf nodes become clickable items (data views open in tabs, others via HTMX), folders become dropdown menus. Registered as controller type 'ToolBar'.
