Kitto.Html.ResetPassword

KittoX ResetPassword controller. Renders a dialog with UserName and EmailAddress fields. Submits via HTMX POST to kx/resetpassword. Replaces TKExtResetPassword from Kitto.Ext.ResetPassword.
