Setup using the Installer

Click to download the MarkDownHelpViewerSetup.exe located also in the Release area. The Installer works both for 32 and 64 bit system.

The viewer shows the documents with the Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime, already present in Windows 11 and in the updated Windows 10 systems: the Setup installs also WebView2Loader.dll, needed to use it. If the WebView2 runtime is missing, the documents are shown with the internal HTML viewer.

The Setup installs also the Scripts folder with the libraries that draw math formulas (KaTeX) and mermaid diagrams, so they are shown also without an Internet connection.
